I'm glad I've been able to make things clearer for you. And yes, Terri, 20 forums and I own/moderate some of my own. As far as the time is concerned, some of that relates to what I do in my business on a daily basis. I own and moderate two Virtual Assistant forums and it's important I'm actively involved in those. Check with your webhost regarding phpBB or similar - if you have cpanel you'll probably find you have forum software already available to you.
